I am Mahi Sharma — a Delhi-based advocate whose practice doesn't sit in one box. Copyright. AI law. Real estate. Criminal. Civil. Built this way on purpose, because the clients who need help most rarely arrive with a problem that fits neatly into a single category, and I'd rather understand the whole picture than hand pieces of it away.

That range comes from genuinely sitting inside each world rather than studying it from outside — I read the judgments, but I also know the registrar who'll actually stamp the file, the inspector who'll actually visit the site, the desk where a notice quietly stalls if nobody follows up in person. Clients come back not because I know more law than the next advocate, but because I know how to move a matter through Delhi itself.

I serve as Legal Counsel to CINEFIL Producers Performance Limited, and as Strategic Advisor & Alliance Partner to Altera Realty for their Delhi NCR expansion, alongside my litigation practice with Media-Lexicon in Defence Colony. Three different mandates, three very different rooms — and I show up the same way in each of them.

None of this is built alone.
